Disclaimer:
Your pet will not mix with the other boarders (to minimise the risk of any infection and injury) except for its own family. Therefore, we will not be held responsible for any illnesses such as Myxomatosis, Viral Haemorrhagic Disease (VHD1 and 2), fly strike, mites or any other common disease or illnesses & death.
Should your pet show signs of illness during their stay with us we will, where possible, Sarah will contact her local vet for advice/medical treatment at cost to you. If bonded pets need to be separated in the interest of their health and safety, there will be no additional charge for the extra accommodation.
Non-Collection
If your pet is not collected within 5 days of the agreed collection date and you have not contacted us to inform us differently and we are unable to get in touch with you via the information you provided, we reserve the right to have your pet re-homed and legal action will be taken to reimburse boarding fees and any re- homing costs.
Our cancellation policy:
Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your booking, we respectfully request at least 2 weeks notice.

1. I understand that My pet is FREE OF FLEAS, MITES and diseases. If you find that my pet has fleas/mites, I give immediate permission to apply Advantage flea treatment and I am responsible to pay the fee given from Sarah's local veterinarian.
2. I attest to the best of my knowledge that my pet has had no physical problems or has not been exposed to any diseases or serious illness in the pass 30 days. IF this is not the case: Please have Veterinarian signed note giving clean bill of health.
3. I understand that if my pet needs a veterinarian's attention because of illness or accidental injury, that I give you the right to take him/her to the veterinarian of your choice. * For Emergency use only:
4. I understand that I am responsible for any costs incurred for a veterinary call while in your care or after.
5. I understand that weight loss while boarding is not uncommon even if a pet is eating normally.
6. My pet has not had any behaviour problems that I haven't addressed with Sarah's Pet Boarding.

- Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 2 weeks will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 50% of the boarding charge.
- In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.
